​Welcome to Maple Online Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Student," "User," or "Parent/Guardian") agree to be bound by these strict Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
​1. Acceptance & Eligibility
​Agreement: By registering, enrolling, or accessing any content, you form a legally binding agreement with Maple Online Academy.
​Age Requirement: Users under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on their behalf.
​Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination without refund.
​2. Enrollment, Payments, and Refund Policy
​Fee Payment: All course fees, subscriptions, and administrative charges must be paid in full prior to gaining access to instructional materials.
​Non-Transferable: Tuition and course registrations are strictly non-transferable to other individuals or courses unless explicitly approved in writing by the Academy administration.
​Strict No-Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable after purchase or after course access has been granted, except where required by mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.
​3. Intellectual Property Rights
​Ownership: All instructional materials, software, curriculum, video lectures, exams, graphics, trademarks, and documentation provided by Maple Online Academy are the exclusive property of the Academy or its licensors.
​Restricted License: Enrolled students receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, educational use only.
​Prohibited Acts: You are strictly forbidden from recording, capturing, downloading, copying, distributing, republishing, selling, or creating derivative works from any Academy content without prior written consent. Violations will result in legal prosecution and immediate account ban.
​4. Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct
​Students are expected to adhere to high standards of academic and personal behavior.
​Academic Dishonesty: Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or submitting work generated by unauthorized third-party tools/AI (unless specifically permitted) will result in immediate disqualification and academic expulsion without appeal.
​Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, spamming, upload of malicious software, or disrupting virtual classrooms or communication channels will result in permanent removal from the platform.
​5. Technology & Platform Requirements
​System Requirements: Students are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary hardware, software, and high-speed internet connections required to access the Services.
​Service Modifications & Downtime: While we strive for continuous availability, Maple Online Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and reserves the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, upgrades, or security protocol enforcement.
​6. Termination of Access
​Maple Online Academy reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:
​You breach any provision of these Terms.
​You engage in unlawful, unethical, or disruptive conduct.
​Required fee payments fail or are charged back.
​7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
​No Guarantees: Courses are provided "as is" and "as available." The Academy makes no explicit or implicit guarantees regarding grades, academic admissions, employment outcomes, or certification pass rates.
​Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maple Online Academy and its affiliates, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
​8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
​Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maple Online Academy is officially registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
​Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.
​9. Amendments
​The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
