​2. Refund, Cancellation & Fee Policy

​A. Strict No-Refund Policy


​Finality of Purchases: All course fees, registration fees, subscription costs, and digital study material fees purchased through Maple Online Academy are 100% non-refundable.


​Access Grant: Once course login credentials, downloadable materials, or live class links are made available, the transaction is deemed fully fulfilled and non-reversible.


​B. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
​Unilateral chargebacks or payment disputes raised with payment processors, banks, or credit card companies without prior written notice to the Academy constitute a material breach of our Terms.


​Any unauthorized chargeback will result in immediate termination of account access, forfeiture of all earned certificates/course progress, and placement on a permanent platform blocklist. The Academy reserves the right to recover disputed funds along with associated legal and collection fees.


​C. Subscription & Class Cancellations
​Student Cancellations: Students may choose to discontinue attending classes at any time; however, no partial refunds, prorated credits, or fee adjustments will be issued for unused portions of a course or subscription.


​Academy Cancellations: In the rare event that the Academy cancels a course prior to its start date without offering a rescheduled alternative, a full refund or course credit will be provided at the sole discretion of the Academy.


​3. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use Policy

​A. Academic Integrity Standards
​Maple Online Academy enforces strict standards of honesty and academic rigor. Students agree to complete all assignments, tests, and course requirements through their own effort.


​Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
​Plagiarism: Submitting work, code, translations, or text generated by others without proper citation.


​Unauthorized AI Assistance: Utilizing generative AI tools or automated software to complete quizzes, assignments, or tests unless specifically permitted by the instructor in writing.


​Impersonation: Allowing another individual to access your account, attend classes on your behalf, or complete coursework in your name.


​Test Compromise: Sharing, capturing, or distributing exam questions, answer keys, or assessment materials.


​B. Zero-Tolerance System Abuse
​Students and platform visitors are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
​Content Scraping & Recording: Unauthorized downloading, screen-recording, scraping, or redistributing course videos, PDFs, or audio exercises.


​Cyber Security Violations: Attempting to bypass platform security, access unauthorized server directories, inject malicious scripts, or perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.


​Harassment & Misconduct: Engaging in abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate conduct toward instructors, administrators, or fellow students in live sessions or communication channels.


​C. Disciplinary Action
​Violations of this policy will result in immediate penalties, determined at the sole discretion of the Academy administration:
​First Minor Offense: Written warning and zero score on affected assessment.


​Major / Repeat Offense: Immediate expulsion from the Academy, permanent account revocation, invalidation of issued certificates, and forfeiture of all fees paid.


​Severe System Misuse: Referral to law enforcement authorities for prosecution under applicable cybercrime and intellectual property laws.
